UFC has parted ways with welterweights Christian Aguilera and Stefan Sekulic, per a recent report from Nolan King of MMA Junkie. The news comes just days after it was reported that five other names are no longer on the UFC roster.
Both fighters had relatively short runs in UFC’s 170-pound division.
Sekulic made his UFC debut back in 2018, losing a unanimous decision to Ramazan Emeev. He made his return earlier this year, dropping a split decision to Dwight Grant. Sekulic exits the promotion winless through two appearances.
Aguilera is leaving the UFC roster with a promotional record of one win and two losses.
The 29-year-old had a strong entrance into the promotion last year, stopping Anthony Ivy within a minute with strikes. However, he sees his UFC career end after being submitted by Sean Brady and Carlston Harris.
