Ranked flyweights Joanne Calderwood and Alexa Grasso are expected to meet on a November 20th UFC lineup, per ESPN’s Brett Okamoto.
The fight is the first to be reported for a November 20th card, and it doesn’t have a location attached to it at the moment.
Grasso will be looking to build off what has been her best stretch in the UFC thus far. The 27-year-old has scored two consecutive wins as of late, defeating Kim Jiyeon and Maycee Barber on scorecards.
The wins have boosted Grasso’s promotional record up to a positive five wins and three losses.
On the other hand, Calderwood will be fighting to get back into the win column. The contender, who was reportedly eyed for a potential title fight last year, has won a fight and lost her other this year.
Calderwood kicked the year off with a unanimous decision victory over Jessica Eye. She then returned five months later, where she lost a split decision to Lauren Murphy.
