Just months after UFC had their return event in London, England, the promotion will be coming back again.
UFC announced Thursday that they will host another event at the O2 Arena on July 23rd.
The event marks the second time that the UFC has touched down in England within a five-month period. The promotion held a card at the O2 Arena in March, which was headlined by heavyweights Tom Aspinall and Alexander Volkov.
The upcoming event is riding the momentum of a strong appearance in the country earlier this year that received a positive review from UFC President Dana White. Following the March card, White proclaimed that they would return later in the year.
The main event for UFC’s next London show is not known at the moment. It was reported earlier this week that undefeated prospect Muhammad Mokaev is expected to appear on that card against former LFA Flyweight Champion Charles Johnson.
Mokaev made his UFC debut on the last London card, submitting Cody Durden within a minute.
Tickets are expected to go on sale to the general public on May 27th. Early access sales will be opened two days prior to then.
